 i politiche efficaci per garantire l'accesso alle cure da parte della popol
 azione carceraria e per la gestione e riduzione del danno delle patologie l
 egate all'abuso di alcol e sostanze.&nbsp;Un altro tema centrale riguarda l
 a necessit?? di un glossario condiviso sui termini legati alle patologie da
  dipendenza.</p><p>Il convegno,&nbsp;organizzato&nbsp;da C.o.N.O.S.C.I. e d
 alle Consigliere Regionali di Alleanza Verdi Sinistra e Possibile Giulia Ma
 rro e Alice Ravinale, vuole essere un momento di riflessione e di proposta 
 concreta, anche nell'ottica di istituire una Commissione Speciale Carcere i
 n Consiglio Regionale per migliorare le condizioni di salute nelle carceri 
 e per costruire un sistema di assistenza sanitaria che, attraverso la preve
 nzione e la cura, favorisca il recupero delle persone detenute, riducendo a
 l contempo il rischio di recidiva. L'iniziativa ha anche il patrocinio di C
