OBJECTIVE
The project involves 40 European Solidarity Corps volunteers from 4 European countries in 4 different activities who engage with other young people interested in improving their healthy lifestyles through activities related to the theme of urban agriculture and gardening. The pandemic has negatively affected young people's mental and physical health, particularly through increasingly sedentary lifestyles and poorer diets, caused in part by supply chain and inflation concerns.
The implementation of prevention, promotion and support activities in the field of physical and mental health is envisaged. This project is aimed at particularly vulnerable young volunteers with the aim of addressing and improving their health.
